A HEROES Path event will happen on last week of fusion event which will grant up to 50 fragments and allow you to skip 2 events but will require summoning and soul stones, not sure how many yet but might be possible to skip 2 summon events earlier then do that instead to give you more time to stock up shards and soul stones!
Technically anything is possible, if you bank energy and silver for months on end and then dump it all of a sudden. But if you use up your energy every day and spend all your silver then no. Like all aspects of F2P you just have to get used to being constantly curb-stomped by the bigger spenders. -the ghoul
