Jason!!! I just got the notification from RUclips today for this video. Not cool. But WELCOME BACK! That tenderloin looks decent I guess...*as I’m salivating *. Great job lol. You the man!!
YES, great stuff Jason! I will be doing this next week at a charity event! Thank you for the inspiration on this! I will modify it slightly by adding parm cheese to add some zesty tang!! Thanks dude!
Going to make this on my YS640 tomorrow night. Since it's a pellet smoker I'm going to set the temp at 325 so I get some good smoke flavor. Not sure if I'll use the same rub on each of the braids or not, but I suspect this will turn out great whatever I do. Thanks for a great recipe.
Jason, awesome! That looks so amazingly delicious! I really like the combination of 3 different flavor rubs. I'm also gonna check out gobluebbq. :D I've never tried braiding a tenderloin before, but that's a really cool idea. I think the only food I've ever braided was bread dough. An example, and one of my favorites... Challah for 2016 Thanksgiving: randomer.net/bread/challah-2016.jpg More recently I made a braided brioche: randomer.net/bread/brioche-2017-12-05.jpg and randomer.net/bread/brioche-2017-12-05-02.jpg I've made more, but I don't always photograph. :)
