I think the title should be “the surrounding areas of maidstone” , this is not maidstone, this is a marketing lie .
These are surrounding areas around Maidstone I guess. Maidstone looked to be a town in decay rather than what is shown here when I stayed near the town 6 years ago. Not sure whether they have improved it recently.

It's a perfectly nice English town. Neither bad nor particularly stunning. Has great schools compared to most British towns.
