In all seriousness, Flair, hogan, Andre, Bobby Heenan has been 1 of the most important men in wrestling for so many years. He was brilliant, hilarious, influential in this wrestling business. Miss Bobby Heenan so much, i seen it all at almost 60. He was the definition of a H.O.Famer. RIP 🙏

no manager came close to his ring work..nobody. He could do that Ray Stevens turnbuckle bump that was 20 years ahead of its time when him and Ray were the only ones doing it.
This is like the 3rd or 4th time I've watched all these hennan clips. I could listen to Bobby or Jim Cornette talk about anything & I haven't watched pro wrestling since 1990.
Always thought Heenan got into the wrong profession. Dont get me wrong, Im so grateful we got him in prowrestling. But I think he could have been a late night host, stand-up comedian, or sitcom star.
@hexkwondo Yes, Ventura was far better on commentary than Bobby Heenan, and I say that as a huge Bobby Heenan fan myself. Bobby was often trying way too hard to be over the top at all time, to the point of being a distraction. He had the tendency of making too many jokes over and over, at times it took away from the action in the ring. Jesse on the other hand always knew how to "pace himself" and always delivered the perfect ratio of wrestling analysis and heel work/comedy.

I get that if your not getting wasted, then you hang around with Tony Schiavone, drinking (Tea?) at 9 o'clock while reading a hustler (Porn Magazin?) and looking for your wife for - well, the rest I don't get. I assume beaver hunt is something like pussy hunt? Thx

Beaver hunt published photos sent in by amateur photographers. Ovaltine was a very popular chocolate flavored powder you mixed with milk and could serve hot or cold. I drank that stuff by the gallon when was a kid and young adult. Still do from time to time.

No way Ventura was a better commentator than Heenan. His 80’s WWF commentary is unmatched. The only one who comes close is Lawler.
