Jazmine looks soo good! I'm trying to work on losing weight because there's a risk for high blood pressure, heart disease, multiple sclerosis , and diabetes in my family. I also found out that on my daddy's side of the family his mom has pancreatic cancer. My mom has high blood pressure and heart disease so I'm working on staying healthy.

When we discuss black women and our needs please don't make it sound selfish..we are simply caring about ourselves.selfcare.this does not mean that u don't matter, but it means that we have been ignored when it comes to our health

I agree especially that our African-American Community is at risk for more things like high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, obesity, glaucoma, and other stuff that is more common in African-American people. I know on my dad's side of the family, because they're African-American, there's high blood pressure, diabetes, and now pancreatic cancer due to Lifestyle and possibly genetics.

That is so wonderful that's a blessing that God lets you continue how time with your mother see see that's what's important that's what's important in life teach you that sit down and think about what's important to you in life and what you could do and to have and get knowledge and you know do something with it that's a blessing in itself but what's more important the point that I am making hold on to your mother cuz I can no longer hold onto my mother and hug her everyday talk to her everyday I wish I could talk to my mother everyday and hug her and kiss her and do the things that I should have done before she left this Earth with that being said always think about putting was important to you first and you cannot go wrong leave the other garbage alone cuz that's what it is garbage you do not have time for that you do not have you have no time for shenanigans you have to go out there and do the damn thing God bless you and your family keep up the good work I am so happy for you and your mom and your family good luck on your journey

Education is the key, darling. Jazmine has recently lost a significant amount of weight. She noted in numerous interviews that she went on a detox and intense cleanse for about three months with her mum as her mum had cancer sometimes when this happens as your body is cleansing and removing toxins your skin begins to clear up therefore your True Tone begins to appear. I’m not sure if you have noticed but with people who are very obese or have diabetes sometimes they have dark patches around there eyes around their neck‘s or patches of eczema, this can be due to mass insulin production. This happened to me as I lost weight and detoxed I was roughly 60pounds overweight and it showed up significantly in my skin because I was pre-diabetic, my skin cleared up and I went from a very dull dark skin tone to my true tone and even complexion. It’s very important to educate yourself on melanin and not jump to the conclusions about bleaching. I can understand there are a lot of people who bleach but this is not always the case especially with people who have lost a significant amount of weight loss the skin clears up.

@@melaninskinn8515 it’s not making yourself lighter. It’s production light, outdoor light, any resolution the camera lens is in and makeup. Jazmine has been promoting her new album all year. You can catch several performances and photos and in each of them she may not have the exact skin tone as the previous video or picture. Not sure you know how Black works. But not everyone broadcast our exact pigmentation in the same resolution. Not everyone uses the correct light to highlight our melanin.
