When first opening the game your sent to a tutorial. At first I tried to find the settings and it took me awhile to realize there wasn’t one. So far I’ve yet to find a route builder. Trying to navigate through the main menu is quiet difficult in some parts, trying to do a free drive is different than Trainz driver 2 for sure. Although great things about it is the graphics are amazing, it’s almost like a copy of Trainz A New Era but in mobile. The camera angles are odd because for easier navigation through the menu you have to turn your phone vertically, and when you exit the menu you can play like that which I find a bit odd. The sounds sound great and the lighting of the map. The controls are easy and not to hard. Was hoping to find an option to hid the GUI but there isn’t. The place meant of locomotives and Rolling stock is a bit odd because you can’t just scroll through the side to select and constantly place things, you have to individually place them and go back through the menu to place another. Other than that it seems to be an amazing game with amazing graphics and the attention to details it has thats basically Trainz a new era on mobile. And that sums up how I feel about Trainz Simulator 3 so far.
