Esa kese possible hai k kisi ghar ke electricity or gas ke bills na hoon, agar abi nai hain to nov ke end pe aajaenge wo pay krke wo ek electricity or ek gas ka bill submit krwa dijiyega form ke sath.

Aap direct apply kar sakty hain last date 28 June hai, I am not sure though. Baki NTHP har saal October/November ke month me announce hota hai.
