I haven’t been able to cry for weeks and as soon as you said “He not only loves you, but He really likes you too. And that’s all that you need, that’s all that you need” that took me out. Actually no, he isn't. Unless you're talking about Jesus, the Uber driver that picked me up last week. These poor girls are so deeply indoctrinated that they can't see it. They are so happy, and they are wonderful people, but they are living a lie. They just don't know it yet. If they are lucky, they will be able to maintain that lie for a lifetime. America is an easy place to live a life of such delusion. I graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Theology. I worked for some of the largest churches in America for years. I was living the same lie. I didn't question anything. It is so easy to live that way. NEVER QUESTION GOD! People like myself previously, and these girls today NEVER do any real research, or study. Never really question anything. We Read the latest "Christian book" that further supports what you have been fed since birth, study the parts of the Bible that support the narrative, ignore the parts that do not. Once ANYONE starts honestly looking closely at Christianity (or any other religion for that matter), there are so many things you just can't explain away. Things that could be attributed to "faith" before we had science. Those who still believe religion, especially those who are as "sold out" as these girls, don't want to look any further. LIfe is a fairy tale, and you just don't want to wake up from that dream. Like myself, at some point in their life, these girls will start to question. There will come a point when they, as everyone does, make a decision to intentionally be ignorant, and continue to live the lie of religion, or do some actual research and realized that they have been believing a lie. The slightest bit of honest research will easily reveal that the brand of Christianity that is taught by Liberty University along with all evangelical Christian churches; is a complete fabrication. A fabrication that started before the written language and has evolved in many forms to include this American version of Christianity that we see these wonderful girls so excited about. When those questions first start to manifest themselves, they are easy to push to the back of your mind. As you get older, it gets harder. Some people manage to suppress it for a lifetime. Maybe they are the lucky ones? However, with so much information so readily available it makes it so much harder. It was much easier before the printing press and the internet came along. It would have been nice to live the rest of my life believing in the Easter Bunny, Santa, and Jesus Christ as a savior, but who wants to live a lie? The fact is, there is more proof of the existence of St. Nicholas than there is of a Jesus Christ, Son God. I was sitting on a stage of one of the most prominent churches in New York City a few years ago. On the payroll. The pastor was preaching and she (how unbiblical is that?) started railing on a book by Charles Templeton, "Farwell to God: My Reasons for Rejecting the Christian Faith. After the service, I went and talked to her about the book. She tells me she has not read the book herself, but she heard about it from others. Very typical of a Christian. Condem something you have not read! During the church service, I downloaded the book on my phone. I read the entire book over the next few hours. I followed that up with Deconverted: A Journey from Religion to Reason by Seth Andrews. It was hard to walk away from something in which I had invested a lifetime, but I can not believe a lie. I wish that I had been given a choice growing up. However, as I suspect is the case with these girls, they have been fed Christianity since birth and offered no chance to make a choice on their own. They are good people with good intentions. They are wrong. For the Christian reading this I challenge you this. Before you write me off as a backslidden Christian, who have lost their way; If you are so sure about your beliefs, read either of the books I mentioned above. Cover to Cover. Call it research. If you God is not powerful enough to protect your faith through the reading of a book by a Theologian (in the case of Charles Templeton), then just how strong is this faith you have. Once you finish it, get back with me.
@@ashleymadison9380 I was raised non Christian. I was not forced to believe anything by my parents. I did not go to Church. I did not read the Bible. I did not pray. I was in no way shape or form a Christian. When I was in college I started reading the Bible and I started meeting a lot of Christians for the first time. I started to understand who God is according to the Bible. I was saved and baptized at 21 years old. I made my choice as an adult. I came to believe in Jesus as an adult. So don't think for one second that people only believe in Christianity because they were raised in it. I was not raised in it. I now believe in God as an adult. I now believe in the Bible as an adult. I did not believe as a child or as a teenager, but as an adult. It was never forced on me. I believed in it of my own studies. Read the Case for Christ by Lee Strobel if you want proof of Jesus. It goes through proof, especially of His crucifixion and resurrection. It is a really good book. It's a good movie too. I would recommend reading the book first and then watching the movie. Have you ever studied the actual proof of Jesus? There is a ton of it. There is also legitimate proof of the Bible as well. Did you know we have more manuscript evidence for the Bible than we do for Homer's illiad and Odyssey?? There is a lot of proof for not only the existence of Jesus, but also His crucifixion and resurrection. Not only that, there is way more proof for the Bible than I could have ever imagined or hoped for.

Me and my boyfriend had an argument today because I wasn't close to God in the begining of our relationship but my relationship with the Lord has grown so much and when I told him about something wrong...he got sad. I agree with this Emma! As a high school student, I get people all the time telling me how bad it is that I wear pink 👗and bright colors 👚 and bows 🎀 in my hair and dress modestly and don't talk like the rest of the world. But that is the girl God ✝ has created me to be and I am so thankful that He has! Your videos are a balm and encouragement to my heart. This is something I have struggled with all my life. I was truly excited to do my Bible study last night!! I hear that I am a legalist for keeping God's Holy Sabbath and His purity laws, not to be saved, but because He gave His ALL to seek and save my/our souls. I long to obey Him because Christ says if we love Him we will keep His commandments. I love you sister.

Hi "I Love Jesus". You cannot 'try' anything because trying insinuates the potential to fail. All you need to do is claim legal authority which was given to you by what Christ did, and give it to the Creator! Simply ask Him to uncover that joy again. It's just covered by manure, and manure makes things grow! Once you made that decision, begin to act upon it as if you cannot fail. Change your phrasiology, the words you use to label what you perceive your experience to be. As Zig Ziglar would say, "I'm doing great, but I could be doing a whole lot better!" Remember to laugh at yourself and share that brilliance with others. As Emerson said, "A man is what he thinks about all day long." and "To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment." Finally, and most importantly, remember that you are the Temple of God, so do some house cleaning!

I just love your videos and the truths you speak, you are one of a kind and beautiful inside and out! My daughter says she went to school with you and just how amazing you are to be around... She said she would pass you in the hall and you would tell her how beautiful she was. That brought tears to my eyes because she needed that! I tell her how beautiful she is and somewhere by someone else she has been told otherwise. It breaks my heart that others have to put others down most the time to make themselves feel better. I hope you read this. I'm a Christian and have been close with the lord my whole life, and still am. But the problem was I've been feeling so lost after I quit basketball and all my friends started judging me. I just finished my freshman year and I've felt so lost lately and I didn't know where to belong- or what sport I had to do to find my identity. To fit in, to make a difference. Yes please Emma. While many disagree with the LGBT lifestyle it’s important to remember that many LGBT members are Christian too. It may sound contradictory, but we mustn’t fixate on that. Rather we should welcome them with open arms and lead by Jesus’ example. You are the least judgmental person ever, and so many people are inspired by you. It would be great if you could remind everyone that LGBT members are God’s children too and should feel comfortable in the Christian community.
Jesus isn't religion and people aren't born homosexual. God made Man and a Woman for him. That's the natural way and the only way humans are made. I suffered homosexuality too because I was abused by a girl and that spirit had been in my life ever since then. But God delivered me from all of that. These people need healing. And yes, the Church needs to help them not send them away in disgust. But it's only when one desires to be delivered one is delivered. So praying for all. Take care.

Nobody chooses these things, it just happens, but God loves everyone and is the redeemer.Whether you are born this way from any cause, does not mean a thing, because God calls us to be born again. HE alone can help us be transformed more and more into what he wants us to be, it is not something to be done in our own strength. It's just coming to him just as you are, and because of the love and spirit you find in him, you choose to co-operate with him. Christ does the changing, even if you are not delivered of an impulse, sexual preference, desire the change comes in giving it to him, and your heart learning to love God more the whatever your struggling with. Yet still, lots of people have been delivered of things and are still in the journey of it. My sexuality and gender identity changed a lot the closer I got to God and just trusted he loved me and would help me along my journey.

My name is Sarah and I have been in a relationship with a girl named Hannah since October 2016. I love her with all my heart and I am happy with her. I was always a regular church goer, altar server for 9 years, and religious education teacher for 2 years. In this day and age, you can only be gay or be catholic. But I want to be both and I don’t want to be judged or condemned. I feel that God loves me no matter what as long as I’m not hurting anyone, but other people tell me I’m going to hell. Crowned by Grace that’s what I’m afraid of but I feel like God wouldn’t make me have these feelings unless He wanted me to have them you know? I tried for so long to avoid them but once I gave in I just got so much happier and I think that’s what he wants for me but everyone tells me otherwise

This is SO important to talk about! Because it's the message of taking the road less traveled, which often gets painted as a cliche. It's so easy to just conform and strip ourselves of our calling and individuality to take the socially popular choices. But when we act in courage to do what we want to do and live how we want to live in our journey of honoring God, that's when we can truly live separate from the world and connect with God. Courage my brothers and sisters, courage.
This message is contradictory. On the one hand, you're saying you don't need to conform and you shouldn't be afraid to be yourself (which I agree with), but it's cloaked in Christianity, which is literally based on a set of rules that everyone is supposed to obey. Conformity is a huge part of Christianity, if you don't believe me, just look up the Crusades.
It seems to me that you're ignoring all the negative aspects of your chosen religion and pretending it's all sunshine and rainbows.

Shayla Hill Well, we could start with the fact a member of my family, who I love, has felt alienated most of her life because of Christians. She grew up in the church and when the came out as gay, she wasn't greeted with open arms.

I understand where you're coming from. that's the perception a lot of people have about christianity when they're looking from the outside in, especially with christians who parade in their self righteousness (we're all guilty once in a while lol) But this lovely message isn't a contradiction. Of course we are to conform to the image of Jesus Christ, and that's an amazing thing when you study His life on earth. He is full of love, wisdom, righteousness, holiness etc. And considering the truth that God intended for us to be like Him (made in His image and likeness) one could say we are being transformed into our original image. But guess what? we can still be ourselves. God is teaching me this. There are certain traits or mannerisms we have that make us unique and allow our light to shine on different types of people while we do our thing and have fun. some people are hella funny, some are quiet and observant, some people like wearing socks outside their jeans, some like to spend saturdays gardening etc. You get the point. I'm super quirky. people make me feel uncomfortable for this so I hide. but God wants me to be myself because that's me, and He will use it for His glory to show others His goodness.
I am super sorry about the things you've experienced, first or second hand. Idk if conform is the correct word to use tbh, but yeah.

so angry and very selfish ,found a life giving relationship x
now 2018 my life has purpose at 23 and brothers and sisters in Christ
at the church I attend in ( Plymouth England )
now have a reason to live for Jesus and to share
that with, family,friends,collegues and enemies
