The majority of the default weapons can potentially be quite powerful, the one problem is the time to kill. There are just too many one-shot weapons in the game, like sniper rifles (looking at you, Sakura) and heavy weapons. I would troll with the default weapons more often if it weren't for the insta kill guns.
The insta kill weapons are a plague to game. The game actually has a varied and creative sandbox especially with the special weapons. You can find a hundred combinations and ways to kill your enemies. I've been having a lot of fun using the unconventional weapons even if it puts me in a disadvantage. Now If only the snipers arent a one hit kill then maybe more players will get more creative with how they use the weapons instead of just aim and shoot.
