That One Random Evening | Ema Datshi Dosa | Dahi Vada | The Willows Hotel | Thimphu

I am not a big fan of Dosa because I couldn’t eat shambar so I remember trying Dosa only two times & failed in both the attempts. Ema Datshi Dosa was a nice fusion of Bhutanese spicy chilli cheese with Indian Dosa & to my knowledge it is only served in The Willows Hotel in Thimphu. I really loved this fusion & I am definitely going back to try it again but this time the whole plate for myself lol😆
Dahi Vada was really good too, maybe someone who doesn’t like sweet might not like it as much as I did but you surely should try this too.
