Its a Chinese Clone of a Suzuki Super Carry. It was made by The peoples Republic of China. Its called a Chengle Changlingwang. I think about 1995 model.
Get some Chrysler Mini Van 2nd row "stow-n-go" seats from a 2004 or newer model from Pick-N-Pull. They should fit. They are popular seats for VW Vanagons to replace the original front seats in the Vanagoms from 1980 and newer models. They come with armrests, too. Both leather and cloth versions of the Chrysler minivan seats can be found.
How is the stability around corners? That would be nice size for a work van if it had a larger engine (maybe 2L) and a wider wheelbase (maybe some dished rims?).
My only complaints....I wish it was a 5 speed not 4 speed, it needs 5th gear so bad..... also..I wish it had power disc brakes. It has manual 4 wheel drums. Why???
Would a 2-litre even fit? Maybe an HR12DDR from a Nissan Micra would be a better fit. Only problem is its high compression (13:1) so it would need premium fuel to run right.
@@douro20 Yeah, it would probably need frame/body design modifications, but that would make it a great work van for a small business. And its me reminiscing about a number of old VW air cooled vans ('transporters') I owned back in my youthful days.
Please buckle your dog in! I know safety isn't much of a concern with a vehicle like this, but you don't want your cute pet to become a dangerous (for both of you) projectile in case of an accident or even under heavy braking.
That little van is such a beauty now. It definitely ended up in the right hands.
Thanks, it's a great little van.
Nice mini van, but what's the model and brand?

That's a good idea, and not only do they fold, they are reasonably comfortable.
Bizar to see the fence cover gone
I would look into a Jeep Wrangler 2dr back seat , folds the way you want .
Love it!
So glad!

I have a 1.3 litre van like this. More than enough power for something this small (65hp).
@@2stroketurbo Thanks.

Is this a Chinese copy Kei van? 🤔
Yes, Chinese copy of a copy. 😄

Good Idea. Not the safest for humans either...but good idea!
