Dublin footballer James McCarthy attempts this week's challenge.
Place a marker 10 steps from the wall. From behind the marker, punt kick the football off the wall. The football must hit the wall without bouncing. Catch on the rebound without bouncing too. Repeat as many times as you can in 30 seconds.
