Literally their reasoning when confronted about the fact that a 105mm KVT never existed, was that it is "plausible" that it *could* have existed which is why they made it a 105mm.. but any other time you provide them with actual real documents to buff or correct a US vehicle it's never enough, yet they can literally just add or change things that never even existed because they feel like it. They should convert it to the M1A1 that it's supposed to be, at 11.0. If not they very least that they could do is give the M1 M833 so it can at least have a round that is on-par with it's competition at the same (and lower lmao) BR. Plus that would be a buff to both the premium and TT variant so there is no good reason anyone could bitch about the buff. It's not at all too late. It's just that Gaijin doesn't like making USA competitive or equal to its competition even when it would be easy.

First the KVT needs to be converted to an M1A1 like it is IRL. Otherwise it's just a pack with a good plane and a sub-par mediocre tank. Half of the pack is a waste of time and money.

they have no problems overlapping the T-74AV with the T-80UD on the same BR so I dont know why they think it's a really big deal for the M1 KVT to have it's actual specs.

Im not huge fans of premium skins tanks, but i honestly find the KVT fine how is right now, unlike 11.0-11.7,10-10.7 is more balanced i would rather play at that BR than 11.0, and i mean the M1 is not a bad tank at all , at 10.3 is one of the best. I highly recomended the KVT, instead of click bait only for the BR they have.
KVT technically exists; it’s an M1 made to look like a Russian tank and is used at XCTC by OPFOR to stand out from the regular US armor used by the units training there.

i havent bought any of them, but heard it was purely for "balance" purpose that kvt got the 105.. but i would say its buisness, dropping this at a lower br let people buy it over the XM1 and then drop a new 70usd top tier so people can buy that afterwards.
I was considering buying it but saw the shell and hell no, it's pretty bad! Only 372 to 308 mm penetration at 10.3 BR. Wolfpack and the new 120S got almost twice as more pen at 0.3 BR lower. It's thermal is pretty bad too. Wolfpack is cheaper, at a lower BR, got scouting ability and has one of the best shells in the game, usable even in top tier, so KVT is just waste of money. EDIT: Also the external fuel tanks are very ugly!
At first, M1 KVT seems a viable option since 120mm Abrams have quite a reload (7 seconds, 6.4 Ace). It fit in much higher BR and kinda sucks to play. Now, after all 120 variant got reload buff (5 secs ace crew), KVT become irrelevant, like really irrelevant. Why bother buy KVT when you have clickbait which is a buffed version of KVT...
They could 100% do what you said and make it have only M829 like how the only M1A1 was before they added M829A1 then it would be a reason to actually buy it over the clickbait
