I really like these. I'll have to pick them up. I like the design, the very decent 9 hour battery life and control over everything.
I picked these up a few days ago and I was careful not to be overly excited because they were new. I've been testing these against my Liberty air 2 pro and Liberty 3 pro and I can't believe I'm saying this, but if Soundcore wants to continue selling their high-end earbuds they shouldn't be making their budget buds sound just as good if not better. Every day I begin my job by using the LA2P and then go to the L3P when the LA2P batteries die, but for the past few days I've been ditching the LA2P halfway through because I was more impressed with the sound quality of these. Granted, the ANC/ambient modes aren't quite up to the standards of the LA2P (L3P is a different story) but the sound quality is definitely right there. What may put these over the top for some folks is the maximum volume is notic ably louder than either of the other two which totally came in handy.
These buds and liberty air 2 pro sell for the exact same price in my country. Which one would you recommend?
@@berkbulut2168 liberty air 2 pro are superior in that they have wireless charging and better call quality but controls are limited. these are more compact and have very good button controls (physical button not touch) that can be customized to control everything. sound quality is similar in both. so pick based on what features you prioritize. you can't really go wrong with either one

@@bojacksimpson8624 I personally haven't tried anything from Tozo so can't speak to that. but I have the earfun free 2, aoundcore liberty air 2 pro, and life.A3i. I think earfun is awesome in terms of sound and fit (and wireless charging) but in the $50 price range, the life.3i/LifeA3i have amazing sound quality (better than earfun in my opinion) and access to the app and equalizers. I also love the button control because you don't have to worry about accidental touches. the button control on these is very good and convenient. also if you're in the US,(as of July 31,2022) bestbuy has the Liberty Air 2 pro (in blue only) for $49.99. it's a steal considering the normal price is $130. I don't know if it's a glitch but it's only for the blue color ones. you can get it and return it if you don't like it.

What I'm mainly looking for is
1. Comfortable for small to medium ears (and sleep)
2. Acceptable sound for watching movies
3. Noise cancellation for mainly indoor use.
I really like the value Soundcore added with these. Earbuds with features and app support for under $100 is a win.

Low key killer buds. Put my Liberty 3 Pros back in storage to preserve them while I rock these in the circulation. They're that good for sound and ANC. Very bright and clear but still have that Soundcore thump.

@@Cryptosavage. Not what I meant lol. Let's be clear, L3P are superior earbuds - period. I just mean the A3i are close enough, especially in treble clarity and detail. Amazing given they aren't a dual driver.
I just got the jbl club pro and amazed by the sound these put out once you tweek the eq settings. Give my sound core liberty and sennheiser cx plus's a break.
@@Cryptosavage. JBL are killer. Got Live Pro 2 on half price sale. Liked them so much I picked up the 130 and 230 NC half price at the next sale. JBL are deep-basshead certified and very natural sounding - that 'Harman' tuning that doesn't fatigue. Imo Soundcore only does high treble clarity and airiness better

I have the 3 pros and the dot 3, I liked the physical button by far, great buy for 50 bucks
How close do they both sound to each other? I have the dot 3 and they’re great but I had an incident where the sound got degraded and was thinking of these again for Christmas or the liberty 3 pro
they are under £50 now in uk. After seeing this review i will seriously consider the oat white colour earbuds. They look nice.
The bass isn't as punchy as I would like, but for $60 it isn't bad. I got these to wear at work so battery life was the biggest selling point.

Try using poweramp equalizer then go to settings to enable DVC and compression dial all to zero except threshold set to -23db and gain to 30 db it will boost everything compare to the in house app.

These seem like a No Brainer! My son has the Liberty 3 Pros and loves them. For me, these seem like, as Flossy would say, “MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR GO!”

Just got this pair yesterday and I really like them. I never tried the 3 Pros so I’m not sure if they sound similar but the Life Dots really sound good.
I have a problem with my life dot 3i buds, I forgot them in my pocket and they got washed in the washing machine, they still work but the only problems are: the light on the case is always on, and the buds do not disconnect when placed in the case.
Has anyone else faced this problem?

These or the Space A40? I got the EarFun Free 3 but I’m having a problem with the fit on those. I’m a gym rat and like to cut out the loud music playing in the gym. I prefer my own choice of music.

I've found a HUGE EQ shift with ANC on. Anybody experience this issue? I've had some earbuds have a minor shift, but I'm experiencing the same eq shift others mentioned when in transparency. Huge bass overhaul to where it sounds unenjoyable with ANC on. I do not have this issue in transparency mode, though
I have these and noticed the big shift in transparency mode but not in ANC. weird.. might have to return if they don't plan to fix it. a shame because they're otherwise excellent earbuds

If u want yo play games with these: dont. The latency is unbearable when gaming so look for something else x). Sound and batterywise these are good value.
What other colours and is there volume control
If you pick he up on Amazon, there is an oat color. As for volume control, there are physical buttons on the buds where you can control volume.

What??? Budget Liberty 3 Pro
I love everything about my Soundcore Life A2 NC, except they stick out more than what I expected. Is the sound quality just as good on the Life Dot 3i? I guess for just $60 it's worth finding out myself.
That was the only reason i did not buy the a2.... seemed like it stuck out too much. But this is much smaller so i wonder if it is as good as the a2... please let us know of you get them
I dont know about the Life A2 NC but the Dot 3i sounds as good as my Bose soundsport free & Jabra 75t

@@imgettingold9407 got the Dot 3i today and sound is as good as A2 NC after getting EQ set. At first I thought bass wasn't as good, but bass is there it's just the highs and vocals seem louder than A2 NC, IMO. The Dot 3i are just more practical for me since don't stick out near as much as the A2 NC. Definitely worth the $60.

Agreed. Metal just doesn't work with alot of earbuds due to it's complexity...and all at once

For 47$ from Walmart this purchase is a steal
I bought them and they sound great for calls and video calls. I use them on zoom meetings and people say they can hear me well without problems. I like the physical buttons and I love the app. The only thing I'm not comfortable with is the battery life. Box says they can last up to 9h but I've used them in normal mode and they lasted 3.5 hours (left earbud) 4 hours (right earbud) am I doing something wrong?
Alright, after getting deeper into the subject I found out that the Bluetooth codec I was using was AAC which according to what I read is a power-hungry codec. I selected the Bluetooth codec SBC and now the battery on my earbuds last much longer! I also read that the LC3 codec is also good for lower power consumption. Thanks! Hopefully this information will be useful for others.
Just purchased these buds and they sound very very good. They respond quite well to the equalization in the app and makes the music really pop!! Why they are only marketed in Walmart and Target is beyond me.
Amazon sells them now too but it’s listed as the Life A3i.

@@saadabdullah4245 personally I would say excellent for the constant sounds like engines and low tones, high tones get reduced in volume. They are definitely good and effective. I would say about 85% of the xm3's anc performance which is definitely good for such a good price.
Pleasant surprise that these exist. Wish they were touch control vs physical touch as I can live without wireless charging. L3P is still my #1 but these are impressive for the price!!
You can submerge in water dropped in the toilet after flush 😂 fished them out rinsed under faucet still no issues sound way better than my wife's beats paid over 100 bucks for those get them you will love these and you can lay on pillow won't hurt hears but you have to search for one in the morning 😂
Bro I accidentally got hand sanitizer on them and it worked weird for a few days but now it’s starting to sound normal again but I’m not sure. Honestly I’m scared but if they mess up, I’ll ask for another pair. One time I got them wet accidentally and was scared but they still worked all this time since that. I’m surprised.

I may pass because I have the pro already but for people who may not know walmart and best buy have been releasing certain earbuds with a varient like "i" or in the case of skullcandy "xt" mostly so they can not be price match with the likes of Amazon. These may show up in bestbuy as xr as opposed to i
got these for $45 on Prime Day. what a steal! initially had the transparency mode issue (huge eq shift and overpowering bloated bass), emailed customer support and they emailed me the next day notifying me of a firmware update. downloaded the firmware update and resolved the issue, and there is almost no noticeable eq shift when switching to ANC or transparency mode. great service and excellent buds. not to mention they are very compact and sound amazing!

I got a pair and I love them, I drive truck and I can talk all day and person on the other side of the call has never complained and I always ask to make sure they can ear me good and do some sounds test in front of a Cummings diesel engine and the sound is really good. 👍

Rocking these in the rotation today. Always put a smile on my face when their turn comes around. Stunning treble detail even at very low volume, and sub bass that shows up and surprises you when the music calls for it.
Add all the other features and app support these are easily a no brainer purchase at the price.
Does these have mono mode? Ability to use either one side alone for music
@@deepaksivakumar1719 I never do that so just tested. It appears not, you only get the channel in the bud you're using. I know there is an upgraded version to the first run A3i I have. Maybe it now has proper mono.

I wonder how these compare to the Life Dot 2S (best buy/target exclusive) that I have. Price is very similar, but with wireless charging and no noise canceling/ambient mode. Also comes with app support.
What's ur opinion on ur dot 2s? .. Volume wise and fit? What would you compare them to.. Theyre on sale at best buy and I'm looking into them.
@@sonnyv.3947 Volume wise they can get pretty loud, especially after adjusting the custom EQ, I'd say a 9.5/10 for that. As for fit they are quite comfortable since they aren't too big and have the wingtip to secure the earbuds in place.

@@sonnyv.3947 if you don't need ANC then sure, it's the same price I got them for and I've enjoyed using them. If you would like or need ANC however then I would just spend more for the 3.
I saw a snipet of another new one called Soundcore Sport X10 with earhooks,they look like sporty kind of earbuds and they look so nice.

Saw this too. To me, they looked similar to liberty 3 pro's with the addition of wrap around flexible 'over and around' ear hooks that even Tom Cruise could wear without the buds falling out.

So I got these earbuds a month or so ago and They just randomly turn down at moments. I’ve tried everything I can do to get the volume back up but even with my phone volume all the way up I can still barely hear out of the buds. I really like these headphones but i’m starting to lose hope😂

How is the experience of listening to a movie with active noise cancellation?
@@bojacksimpson8624 For me personally, i didnt like the active noise cancellation that much. It sounds different from normal mode as i am using a custom eq setting.
And if you are using the default EQ too? I just want when I'm watching a movie or doing something on the PC, and there are noises from other apartments, to be able to mute it. (I never had any noise canceling headphones).

@@bojacksimpson8624 and if you are planning to get these only for the noise cancellation, you will be disappointed. the NC is pretty average. you will still be hearing all high pitched sounds from your surrounding

@@shocktriple i donr recall it, id say no gaming mode. I recommend you look at the newer models or higher end ones of you're looking for a gaming mode. Else, save the money and get yourself a solid iem with mic, definitely better latency than any tws ever, at least till this day.

The only problem I have is that they stay connected once I put them back into the case and I have to go and turn Bluetooth off to disconnect them

Just received these today and doing some testing, so far my earfun free pro 2 sound best even without app no change in sound when going from anc to ambient mode , im using my own custom EQ on these and then when swapping from noise cancelling to ambient mode the sound changes so much its actually horrible, you have to do another EQ when using ambient mode, still working on that tho, the fit is great

The ambient mode issue got fixed today through a firmware update.

You really should review the FIIO UTWS5 True Wireless Bluetooth Adapter. You get the convenience of Bluetooth yet you can still use your favorite wired IEM wirelessly. It’s a very intriguing product

Strangely, I find the life dot 2 better than these 3, especially in terms of the quality of the microphones for phone calls in noisy environments.

Do you mean the life dot 2 xr? I used to have those and I never had any issues with them until the Bluetooth started cutting out then had to send them back to bestbuy last December. I kind of miss them, they felt perfect in my ears never fell out or felt uncomfortable
