turn off voice chat, turn off chat, accept your fate, do not think you are better than them, if u think controlling rage is hard, just use guns that require skill such as snipers or guns that are bad so that when u think about it, if u get killed or get trash-talked u can blame it in ur mind that it is because of the weapon and u will not rage. to stay focused u need to (optional) wear headphones, modify ur sounds so u can hear them, try to play ranked when u are free and is not going to be disturbed by anyone, and for aiming just try to be confident and dont get intimidated or just search tips. - a sniper main
