कोटेदार की मजबूरी है राशन कम देना क्योंकि कोटेदार को माल पूरा नही मिलता है ठेकेदार कोटेदार को माल पानी से बीघा हुआ माल देता है दुकान पर 10दिन रखे रहने से 50kg बाला पैकेट 10दिन बाद सूख कर 46से 47kg तक रह जाता है
