Hax- a catch-all term for abilities that can be used to ignore one or more of an opponent's statistics and effectively render them irrelevant
AP(Attack Potency)- the measurement of how characters can use attacks to damage people who can destroy planets, but don't do that with every punch.
DC(Destructive Capability)- the measurement of what you can destroy with your best attack in an AoE(Area of Effect).

Cinemamen knew that its a trap without any sight while tcm walked into it and there were multiple sights that they getting jumped if they follow gdaddy. Durability/Endurance: Equal (TCM by feats)

Weapons: TTM (TCM's jet-hammer is for more blunt and brute damage, TTM's sword for piercing and cutting through things with ease.)

DC: TCM (His core has more Area of Effect than TTM's core.)

Battle IQ: TCM
Overall IQ: TTM
Overall, Winner: TTM
*TTM currently has superior upgrades, but I feel like once TCM gets repaired he'd come back stronger. or his current upgrades will be improved to balance it out.*

The Fact is that Cozy literally agreed with the comparison between Titan CinemaMan Base Form and Upgraded Titan CameraMan who was literally Upgraded for 30 Episodes but he didn't agreed on the Upgraded Titan TV Man VS Upgraded Titan CameraMan. But you know that Titan TV Man is the only Titan who survived the longest in his Base Form and G-Man was literally being played by him in his Base Form🗿
- Titan TV Man is Upgraded in 20 Episodes while he was more severely Injured and he surpasses the Upgraded Titan CameraMan by far

All the categories that seem random like BIQ, A.P, D.C and HAX all actually have their own definitions.
HAX is an ability that can bypass one or more statistics the opponent has. Say if one guy has some insane durability and the other had magic, the guy with magic could use Spells that (Depending on the spell) bypass his durability like Soul Damage or something.
A.P (Attack Potency) is how potent/power a characters attack is.
D.C (Destructive Capability) is how destructive a characters attack is.
BIQ (Battle IQ) is how intelligent a character is in the middle of combat (Strategy and Tactics are more of a planning category, BIQ is in the middle of fighting)
Titan Tv Man (base) is literally known as a tank just like Titan Cameraman (upgraded), he has the strongest endurance/durability out of all the base titans, keep in mind only base titans not upgraded.
Titan Tv Man (cinema) was completely unfazed by multiple laser attacks from infected speaker man (base form) those beam attacks were also comparable to rockets.
Even Titan Tv Man in his base form tanked 2 rockets something that Base Titan Cam couldn’t tank as he retreated because of 1 Rocket toilet during the first fight with jimmy, either the rocket toilet was just extremely strong or the titan cams shield was just extremely weak.
Titan Tv Man even tanked 4 lasers from G-Man 2.0 and was completely unfazed, Titan Cameraman (base) could only tank 2 lasers.
Titan Tv Man (cinema) is even comparable to upgraded titan speaker man (btw no hate.)

one thing I will point out, their stats before they were upgraded are irrelevant in this context.
the power system is revolved around the differences in technology (essentially working on a system of addition) rather than systems of power multiplication like in Dragonball. as such this logic of who's stronger base to base, cannot be used when speaking of upgraded vs upgraded.

This is how it works. When you put the titans in the same weight category, everything doesn’t look as rosy as some compared 2.0 UTCM vs 1.3 Cinema-man. Of course, I could still discuss how the Cinema-Man version can defeat UTCM, but since the release of ep 67 part 3, I’m so tired of these discussions and fights with getting personal/debates on the topic of the lens UTCM that I’ll just keep silent.

Kamon, we can’t even literally figure out the height and size of the titans and only have estimated figures, because from episode to episode the character models change due to the peculiarities of the scene built in SFM.
