Might be useful in special spamming bosses like Supergirl bosses and other characters that may throw really long special animations. Don't think it's overall useful though in raids.
Had same though same for chaos bosses or bosses with semi infinite combos that when they get hitting you risk losing your whole team
It has a niche use in normal tier where it could allow you to interrupt a special that was done by the opponent when they just a special randomly but would only have a use on something raven for stacking darkness, but it is very niche
@Saul Goodman yeah but at least it can make dealing normal tier less annoying but even then something like Nora's snow globe will be better for the healing and the ice clones or even kryptonite spear to bypass super shield and for the healing
I tried it on my BNCW and compared damage numbers before gaining buffs and after gaining 4 buffs - the damage numbers (on sp 3) didn't change! And also when I interrupted specials there were no 100% more damage
I never experienced any increased damage
It shows double damage so that’s 100%

Actually it will be great for bosses like Darkseid who can instantly hit you with specials. Or Brainiac and his super in team raid.
Yeah I think it will be good for the special spammers too darkseid especially like you said holy shit he is the most annoying character in the game to fight
Im using this on ds for my champ arena defense team 😎😎😎 he special interrupt them infinite combo you to death lol
This appears to be useful on chars with instacast specials like multiverse armored supergirl silver banshee and raven that I have tried on but needs to be used on chars with a special animation so walking lazer or brainiac special 1 so it would be interesting to see this used by someone good at combat using raven with scythe and hbhq with amulet of Anubis and epi. Raven can build stacks and hit harder each time build 5 darkness and drop in with hbhq with Anubis. I’d ben interested in the over all damage
The combo reset issue could be negated when this is used on COWSM...
Also, when levelled up, the passive attack and health bonuses might see this compare better to COK while in KOM solo raids.
idunno, i think its entirely too soon to call it "terrible." sword of salvation, beta club, zatanna's puppet and a few others im forgetting, but you were completely wrong about quite a few artifacts being bad.
Honestly puppet is better than this crap artifact
puppet on someone like BNCW or Zatanna is quite good.

this artifact for tank i think, just like chakra from raven solo raid
