Odalie :
Danse des astres means dance of the stars. This music is bright, optimist, and positive and It's what I want to give to the world sometimes, just beauty and calm. The main lead of the track is made with my modular system and Rings from Mutable instruments, It's multiple takes of one melodie that I chopped to superpose it.
The chords are made with a prophet 6, and the cello is in the background.
There is a very natural feeling of it all, I imagined water, sky, natural movements...
Rozetta :
I wanted to experiment video shooting using a green background. Camille and I both enjoy Odalie's music, we thought it may be a perfect match between her dreamy soundscape and Camille's floating moves. As a visual artist from Uranus, obviously we chose Danse des Astres for our improvised collaboration. In this video, we imagine Camille and her mirrored twin as 2 entangled particles, expressing fractal figures through movement, as a dedication to Pythagoras' Musica Universalis.
