Hmmmmm it seems like what's about to happen is either pet goes back to village and gets snatched by people hating vamps and is used to confront the queen,even bitten by force, or she goes and comes back safely with new human tech that they can use for sled defence(or more). But sus on the 1000+ lady...beings this old either really sticks to old fashioned and has big ambitions such as ruling all humans or goes "I'll do everything and anything as long as it brings some joy to this ever-lasting life of mine"

I actually don’t think it is the best idea for our listener to go back to her home village. It wouldn’t be safe and knowing how she has been with the vampire, she would be viewed as an evil monster or be harmed. If our pet does go into town, I feel our vampire should come with at night to protect her. I don’t want to see her get hurt for intel.
Because the Mistress talks down to her and treats her like a child who has done something amazing. Which honestly is kind of part of the appeal of belonging to an ancient being.
