I don't like any of these city games. I prefer Theotown because you can do whatever you want, it has sandbox mode, and it supports modding. Building cities in Theotown is fast. You don't need to wait for resources to build and upgrade buildings. You only need to declare residential, commercial, and industrial zones, similar to City Skylines. Plus, buildings upgrade on its own as the game progresses
