These guys missed screw head caps which come in same installation kit.
Perfect and correct Kishor Autade. They said they intentionally did not put it because while screwing with machine these head caps breaks.
Though screws were not capped, did not made any difference in the installation.

Regarding service better you can find out local carpenters or any hardware stops vendors. Me, I have opted online services from Urban Company.
