And with all respect to Inzaghi for the CL final and the Scudetto Inter will most probably win... man, thanks to Xabi Leverkusen went from a relegation battle to competing for treble and being 11 POINTS ( possibly 8, but can easily stay 10 or 11 with Bayern's recent form) ahead of Bayern, while being on a record unbeaten run and trashing Bayern 3 - 0. If this is not enough for them to be called , Team of the Year", I don't know what is. Forget about City - they were amazing last season, they have amazing players and won the treble, but even thay had a bad day at the office a few times. And this Leverkusen side is simply unstoppable. Imagine what could Xabi do if you give him even 1/10 of City's budget.

They play in Europa League, they are great and i'm sure Inter would have an incredible hard time winning against them, but you have to take into account that you can't see how leverkusen would play in the UCL. I'd say this: They might be generally a tougher and more in form team than Inter, but Inter play a slighlty better football. Also i still think it's harder to succeed in Serie A for the way teams play, you have much less space to develop your play, defense lines are tight!
In any case let's wait the end of the season.
@@francescobisesto806 When I say ,,the treble", I say it knowing perfectly that we are talking about UEL and not UCL. But it's the same with Liverpool - people talk about a possible ,,quadruple" with Premier League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and Europa League. Inter are extremely hard to score against ( and we'll have to do that in the middle of March as I'm an Atletico fan, good luck to us against a team with 6 clean sheets in their last 7 matches😂😮💨. At least we'll play at home at we've been absolutely brilliant at home for the past a year and a little) in addition they score A LOT in Serie A, but I'm sure if they face each other Leverkusen can beat them. Damn, this Leverkusen side is really a joy to watch.

Granit Xhaka!!!!! For all the stick and hate he received at Arsenal during his time there, there was a player who just loved to entertain and put his heart on the pitch for the fans. I'm so glad he is enjoying his football and life at Leverkusen. That team are special and to say they will run away with th3 Bundesliga ie an understatement, they have been magnificent all season, goalkeeper, defence, midfield and forward synchronised in harmony. They deserve everything good they get right now because their team spirit, work ethic and unitedness will clinch them the title.
