Dan being skeptical of Will Levis is understood but overstated. Levis had nothing to work with and operated very well, displayed elite arm strength and throwing, showed he can throw touch passes with accuracy, plus mobility, comical competitiveness

Gregg saying Aaron brewer is in any way comparable to Lloyd cushenberry is unhinged. Brewer is 285 lbs, smallest lineman in the league who contributed to devastating Oline play for two seasons as a starter

These comments taking themselves so seriously these last few episodes really need to chill.
Its a podcast about a game. I think the guys are some of the only ones that treat it as such and have fun with bits and stuff. If you want your podcast about a game overly serious then go listen to something else.
They have to not be actual fans. I can see if randoms watch this wanting only football analysis they could get annoyed but anyone with a resemblance of a sense of humor should be able to tell the heroes are legends and the best thing to happen to NFL network.

According to most draft charts the Commanders got the equivalent of a high 4th rounder for Howell. Considering he was a 5th round pick, that's hardly "almost nothing"

So let's get this straight: The Raiders biggest hole other than QB--which you can't just magically fix--was in the middle of their defensive line. So they sign the best DL who's been available in years. And he's young. He's not on the back end of his career.
And how does Barnwell view this? As a bad signing. One massive problem with analysis these days is treating teams that can't likely win the Super Bowl as teams that shouldn't even try to compete. The Raiders are trying to compete. And they're doing it smartly by bringing in a top young player at a position of need.
What shit analysis from Barnwell, and of course the lackeys just nodded along as they always do with their guests.

The play that took him out was a player laying awkwardly on his shoulder. What ACL injury are they talking about? Also Steichen said he’s about to start throwing soon…

I cant take Mark seriously saying Josh Jacobs is worse than Aaron Jones. Die hard packers fan here... Jacobs had an amazing 2 years and didn't have the stats last year because of the Raiders atrocious o-line and play calling. He's 4 years younger than Jones and Jones is always injured.... Hard to take this show seriously anymore
Other than Gregg, this is not a show to be taken seriously on any level. Still a lot of fun.

Gregg is awesome, so fun... The Dan / Marc thingy, love affair is bit annoying with there not so slight liberal views implied in each and every show, annoying..... I know many don't get or care about those comments, but I hear them , annoying, republicans buy sneakers too and this isn't a political comment, I don't care, I just don't want anything implied from either side, gosh.... bring on Patrick to take Dan's spot, bring on a guy from PFF to do Marc's spot... how is that for a comment :)
