You're installing the Ohlins TTX GP SBK that is to be used with superbike swingarm or Alpha racing link. The Ohlins TTX GP BM 568 is to be used with stock linkage.
I am now doing exactly the same as you (apart from K-Tech instead of Ohlins). Also regretting ordering the bike with DDC, I think it is perfect for street but not for the track.
how da hell fit lower joint to swingarm =) ? my one not going into some "specer" there not alowing to push it on place, k67 2024 and TTX GP BMA 568 as yours
You can access the upper bolt by removing the lower bolt and then raising the swing arm with a jack. The jack is also useful for alignment when reinstalling.
Can you let me know where you got info on how the ddc doesn't work while tye bike is turning? I'm trying to learn more about the ddc and how to set it up until I can afford to swap it.
Hi So i talked to the bmw chef mechanic from Germany. The ddc is not active when the bike is leaning. BMWs philosophy is to let the traction control Handel the bike during the turn and ddc when the bike is straight
Hi, You will not get disappointed. The settings depend on your riding style and other settings but here is what i am using: Front fork hight ( trippleclamp/fork ) 8 mm, Preload 10 turns, comp and reb 14 clicks rear: leng. 360 mm preload 16 mm comp 16 clicks reb 18

Do you have any recommended settings for the shock and front forks. I'm about to do the exact same thing to my bike?

Do you have to remove the rod and actuator beside the shock attached to the swingarm?
Hi, no that is not needed :)
