Chinese style Chicken meat pie / Xian bing

The original filling recipe for this pie uses pork meat ,but I use chicken and it's also delicious!
In chinese we call it "xian bing".
This recipe make 5 chicken pies
Ingredients you'll need:
DOUGH
- 300g flour
- 5g salt
- 170ml warm water
- cooking oil for coating
CHICKEN FILLING
- 1tbsp cooking oil
- 400g chicken meat
- 1tsp grated ginger
- 1/2tsp five spice powder (ngo hiang powder)
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 2tbsp bbq sauce
- 1tsp light soy sauce
- 1tsp sugar
- chopped onion
