the lyrics are also all about how Marine is the only one who can free herself from the delusion of eternal youth, and embrace the reality of aging the ghost marine is a symbol of her "forever 17" self, stuck in the box and dying, the ghost fading away after marine embraces her the "treasure" that marine is greedy for symbolizes the way she desires youth, and when she gives up the gold and destroys the dragon made of the same gold, it means she is letting go of her greed for youth it's all very good symbolism and metaphors

As for greed itself it may not be hers, the treasure box who provides riches is the cursed item just like the industry can be quite toxic in sticking to the contract even if the performer evolves beyond what their character was supposed to be at the start.

I've never actually watched Marine due to properly becoming a holofan just under two years ago and through Hololive English. I've never watched even a single translated VOD of Hololive JP, just some clips here and there, along with listening to some of their music.
