Maybe that revelation made their relationship a bit awkward. Like if a someone had a crush on you and suddenly said it, I know from experience that it gets awkward and the friendship in my case also changed. And Kangta is also praising her in this clip. But I think we need a full proper English translation to understand the whole contexts ;)
