Thanks for posting i always learn a lot from ur videos. For someone without JarJar do you think it is worth posting gungans on defense and who would be best with Boss Nass?
Thanks for watching! I think Nass could definitely be a challenge on defense without JarJar, but it probably wouldn't require something around the strength of a GL to beat it. That said for 3v3 I'd probably run Nass/Phal/Tarp but in 5v5 I'd try and find a use for it on offense as a 4-man team. The shield generator is summoned only if all allies are Gungans at battle start, so you can't get cute with something like 4 Gungans+Zarriss.
Remember Cere feeds her team tm every time they take damage. A way to get them to keep up even if you make them all super slow to get the most out of the ramping mechanism in her kit. So they’re feeding tuskens a bunch of momentum every time they take damage
So you're saying to minimize stacks of DOT on Malicos, I should have been having him hit whichever Tuskens were under 10 stacks of Momentum? I wonder if doing that prevents Malicos from dying the same way anyway, or if it's just delaying.
In retrospect though, I think even if I lost Malicos it would have been after his 2nd rocks so if that didn't end the fight itself it probably would have still been a 1 shot. Good observation.
@@tassenixgaming perhaps, I was just suggesting maybe Cere isn’t the best tusken counter, but the anti-revive from Malicos is nice. Idk if had you many opportunities to play that particular battle better. Honestly I thought you still had your savior mechanism I don’t even know when that got triggered I thought you were gonna be good lol Edit: or does Malicos not save himself? Idk I don’t remember now lol but as soon as I saw cere vs tuskens I was worried because of all the tm they generate. I guess it’s just a matter of if Malicos can ramp faster than the dots/momentum pile up
Maybe having cal to cleanse would end up being a better third than Kru, although a tank immune to dots is pretty nice. All the big hits seemed to line up outside of him taunting anyways though cuz cere just kept dodging them 😂 but you may be right that avoiding the momentum could help him survive longer. It’s possible he would have just ended up dying before killing off the raider though if you didn’t focus him down. So who knows. I’m curious what the gg data shows about that match up, I wouldn’t think it would be super successful, it was pretty sketchy even with all those lucky dodges lol and I’m not sure there was anything you could have done that would have drastically altered that Edit: it’s actually surprisingly high on GG. Your comp has 80% last season and with cal it was 95% . Maybe like you said it’s better to avoid momentum and try to give Malicos more time to ramp. And having a well-timed cleanse definitely helps
