It cam be fixed. Take it to some service center who can do the reballing of ram/cpu. It will fix the issue. Cost can be from 2.5- 3.5 k depending on location.
If it’s Redmi phone try pressing and holding Volume down button and power button together. Then it will show fastboot on the screen. After that press power button and volume down button together again. It should work.
Same problem I have m21 and m31 both phone are nearly about 4 years both phone have same issue . I thik its samsung company who cause this problem for sale another devices.

I know how to handle this issue.... At first you should remove or delete your emotions from your heart about Samsung phone.... This can be fixed. Press volume down button and power button both for 5 to 10s. Mobile will restart newly and this issue will be fixed. It worked for me.
