Welcome home from the Catskill Mountains upstate New York - USA🌹 Your journey to reclaim and restore your families property is strong and heartfelt for you and family joy. Definitely highly skilled young man and helpers to accomplish your vision. Hopefully you'll share this on-going journey though completion, thank you..

I think renovations should start from the inside out. That way rubbish from inside is not going to mess up the cleaned out yard. But all to their own.

Thank you for the English subtitles! Wonderful work although like others I wondered why you did the landscaping first. Unless the trees or foliage are destroying the walls and foundation of the house I understand that renovations usually start with the buildings. I wondered where you stayed while you worked on landscaping since the buildings looked uninhabitable. Would love to see the house renovation.

I find it so interesting how we usually renovate inside then outside. Your culture does outside in. Can you share your prospective on why renovations are done that way?

Again, work the yard first instead of house. I do not under the logic but I’m sure they have their reasons. Good work regardless.

Make yourself a comfortable place to live before you do unnecessary work outside. If you run out of money, at least you have a home. A pretty yard can wait or you can do it bit by bit. Chop down weeds and go inside. At least you have a kitchen and bathroom and a place to sleep indoors.

Son, Plant large trees with deep roots- not wide roots, to keep that soil from collapsing during a strong rain season.

Grass, pond, and garden should be built last because Reno and Construction will damage the garden while you're renovating.😢😢😢❤️‍🩹
