The general rule is that if you purchased a point to point ticket (es BUE-ORY) you'll withdraw your registered luggage directly at your final destination, no matter the stops you do, so I think you'll get your baggage at Paris. But beware, this is only a generic rule, I don't know your carrying airlines particular policy. Furthermore some transit countries governments ask the passengers to withdraw luggage on arrival from some destinations or anytime. In that case you'll be warned before landing. but I don't think the Spain has this policy. Anyway I suggest you to call and ask your question to the costumer care to be completely sure about that.
