Fair trade, but you have to collect what you like :) I collect golden age sci-fi and people think I'm crazy doing that instead of more mainstream stuff. If you collect what you like you can never really lose 😀😀
That is a spectacular Captain America and should never been traded . The early kirby x-men is worthy (maybe) but the others no way . Never cared for X-men #94 myself .
It's not even key. He got 3 great books and all high grade. Silver and bronze age sre still hot especially in high grade. The 3 he got will only go up in value. Nice trade
@@danceswithcomicbooks7733 Golden age is desired not for key value but for rarity and art and in this case it is Captain America so it is a key in a way also . As far the 3 going up in value , I disagree with that actually . Alright bye bye .
I would have kept the golden age book but makes sense if you're pursuing first appearances. Tomb of Dracula #13 looks great in a 9.8. My only pet peeve is the wrap on that book.
I agree you never ever trade golden age books for anything other than gold. It’s like buying a prime rib dinner and swapping it for a hog dog from a vendor at midnight. Horrible to see trades like this because those books from the bronze era are not rare
He traded a one in a million comic for a dime a dozen comic . No matter what he says, it just don't make no sense!! And to top it all off he says he can just get them back as if it were that easy 😂 no buddy the books you got in the trade are easy to come by even in the highest grades.
You collect how you like is what it is but when it comes time to say selling them silver or Bronze Age books there is too many flooding the market and you’re limited on profit. Golden age grows at a much consistent rate due to rarity in the book and demand. Bronze Age silver are a dime a dozen. I can buy then all day long. Try and find a low grade Captain America #3 let’s say 1.0 and see how many a year they come out compare to a X-men 94 9.0
well, momma always said "ya can't fix stupid". Look, u can get those silver, bronze books any day of the week. How often do u get a chance to pick up an early Cap? Bro! Priorities! You're old enough, u should know better 🙄
I don’t consider myself stupid but that’s always open to interpretation 😅. There’s a copy of cap 17 in the same grade and same page quality on eBay right now if you’re interested in buying 👍
To each his own, but personally I’m not trading a GA Cap book.
Fair point. Don’t come across them too often.
I think it was a good trade. You got all high grades. I would keep those in my collection forever.
Thank you! 🤙
I want them all! Whatever makes you happy, do it.
Thanks! 🙏

Absolutely! 👍

That’s what makes this a great hobby. A golden age cap book will make someone a lot happier than me. I’m super happy with the books I received. 😃

@@andrewb-e8l yeah youre wrong. Golden age don't sell nearly as well. You sound jealous to me.
It was a fair value trade.

💯 agree. 👍
I’d have kept the Captain America golden age book. Since I have XMen #94. 8.0.
Thanks for the comment. Golden age cap is rare for sure. Happy with my decision. Loving these high grade X-men books. 👍
Horrible trade for you.
Some one needs to watch you, to stop you from making horrible choices

finally! Someone tells it like it is
Truth be told. When mining with a pan you pan after gold not silver or bronze biggest rule.
