If he (Keefe) knows something, and is implicating Reggie in the murder of Biggie Small, then why didn't he say anything in his deposition when he snitched on everyone else? Even if he made those stories up, you would think that he would love to put the heat on Reggie, wouldn't you think? He had an open opportunity, but it never occurred to him to do it, why? Well, logic would tell you that it hadn't entered his mind, because it wasn't there until Greg Kadin, and later, Reggie exposed him.
