so nice to follow you tutorial. your voice is very relaxed and relaxing, so i enjoyed following the tutorial and never had the rush feeling i normally get. thank you so much
really useful tutorial, I didn't think to use the morph tag that way...useful when you get in trouble, but for normal rigging I prefer to use joints anyway...maybe this could help you, since it's a faster way to move stuff...to fastly solve the issue near the mouth you shoulld set the movement to the initial state, then, being sure to be in vertex mode, select the vertexes that are supposed to stay toghether, press "U+Shift-O" ("optimize" without shift, "optimize settings" with shift) and set 0.0 as distance (if distance between vertexes doesn't exist, if there is some distance try 0.1,0.2 etc until it does work), then ok: this mixes the selected vertexes toghether when distance is what you decided, hope this will help you :)
Awesome girl awesome.... I have use C4D more then 12 years and I have watch so many Tutorials but this one is the best so far ...Thanks for the Tutorial.... next time I will use you way for face rig not my way....
Great! I've modeled a character and tried to animate its mouth all day by using "joints" and absolutely failed. That helped! I follow you. Upload more please.
Nice demonstration and good video and sound quality. Just a tip to double this speed. When you're working on symmetrical parts like the eyes, you can copy paste the created morph state and flip it. This way you can get away with doing everything on one side of the face. Again, this only works, if the model is symmetrical.
Wow!! What a beautiful voice! I was fascinated just to hear you! And this tutorial was what I was looking for a long time! Really grateful! Excellent and fun tutorial, the cat meowing kkkkk I was melted, you apologize, lol this video transmitted well the good person you are, a love of person. Thank you very much for the tutorial! I really loved it.
did that cat get in your lap as you made this? i love that. i had a cat named BOZO who would follow me everywhere i went...and if i happened to sit...he was there in my lap in a flash.
Hi! Thanks for this tutorial, it was very useful! I'm having an issue with Sculpt brushes. When I deform the mesh with soft selection and then apply any brush, the mesh itself reverts to the original state. I tried using the command plus A but nothing happened. I tried it with a polygon selection tag and without, but it's still the same, no results. What could I possibly be doing wrong?
Watched this to get a refresh... Haven't done morphs in a while... Instead of doing the left and right sides... just do one side, duplicate it and just flip it on the x axis (or whatever axis mirrors your model)... and the results will automatically be carried over to the opposite side. This will save you lots of time... Don't know if you know by now but there are ways to even join two morphs together.
Hi there, I hope you're still doing some cinema4d stuff, I have character I need to have the face rigged, I am really struggling with the eyes, is there any possibility I could call on you to give me a little help rigging this face please?
@@foof7102 hey thanks for replaying and I did but when I lower it the whole skin is lowered It looks like its not just one corner like you did it for me its like the whole skin and when I try to move something to animate it like closing the eye the whole skin shifts down instead of just that one eye closing down

In the Live selection attributes, make sure your Soft Selection radius is set with a lower value. Let me know if that worked :)
