  • In this module, we'll look at the second type of situation which gives rise to a TUPE transfer: a service provision change. You'l learn about:
    the three ways a service provision change can take place
    what amounts to an organised grouping of employees
    what amounts to fundamentally the same activities

    Hi Daniel, Thanks for your Video and great video. Is it applicable for skiller worker visa holders also or only the ILR /Citizen ?

    One question my client decide in sourcing. I have to transfer 2 of my staff to him I am obligate to provide him 12 months of payslips he is asking and do I have to give the transferred staff p45.¿
