Amazing. ❤❤In management of sever malaria. You mentioned incase artesunate is not available we give Quinine 2mg in dextrose. Should it be 2mg or 20mg? Kindly advice. Am confused because after that it's clear about 10 mg at 8 hr interval

If Aresunate is not available Quinine is given in the dose of 20 mg/kg IV loading dose in 5% dextrose over 4 hours and then 10 mg/kg IV over 4 hours every 8 hours plus clindamycin IV 450 mg
every 8 hours (max. dose quinine 1.4 g)
