Great course. Favors the longer throwers a bit, but good variety and rewards really accurate shots. Not a bunch of contrived OB, because being out of position is its own penalty. Love it.
Guys, I have bad news. I know someone on the Jomez crew. They informed me that the footage became corrupted sometime between editing and uploading. There won't be any Round 3 posted, sadly. Thanks for all you do, Jomez. We still love you.
Jomez is rockin and/or rollin around the country for our entertainment. Thank you for the hard work and time you all put in. I got my stuff on it's way from the Jomez shop and I'm excited to get it!
Garrett and Eagles drives on 13 were great and then followed up with Conrads putt. This is great. And then Garrett’s drive on 14...unreal. Fun to watch
So great to see Garret back and playing so well. I mean if he can really dial in the rest of his game, his distance and power is top of the class. He is throwing FARTHER than Eagle, Simon and Paul, and really seems to have 100% control of his discs at full power. Watch out.
Idk if eagle reads these but this is what I saw. Eagle this year has been dialing back his power by about 5-10% and keeping his shots in the fairways and scoring better (with a win because of it) rather than always ripping it as far as possible. I think there was an unknown (relatively) player that had a canon for an arm and Eagle didn't want to be outdone. If he had kept those ob shots in the fairway, he'd be right there with Ricky. I'm not an expert, but it looked like he was trying to throw as hard as possible like last year Eagle. Putting is still amazing.
Jeremias Kalliokoski agree. I don't know if Eagle does what Simon does though, but sometimes it can seem that way: he gets bored and decided to spice things up by going for those big crazy shots. And often ends up worse off
Is there going to be a round 3 from jomez? I watched the live version but it is just not the same as jomez and BigSexy commentary. Anyone have any info on the third round?
Could I get a few replies on this? Terry used the term 'fading right' during his FPO commentary when a rhbh throws were overpowered into a breeze. Is it ok to refer to high speed turn as fading? I have always learned that fade and turn are specific disc behaviors and not interchangeable but it could be a local thing here in Utah.
“Fading right” in that context meant it was going right. He could of also said careening or sliding or falling or turning right. In general though rhbh right to left motion is fade and left to right is turn and is universally recognized as such.
I have heard it used by a few people on occasion. It's mainly used when a disc goes straight then late in the flight turns right instead of fading left, kinda like the shot with a JK aviar. It just means it goes right at the end instead of left like normal
Late round tragedies (boomerang?) notwithstanding; one must consider a completely new attitude and meaning behind the familiar 'stomp': a chickpea is liable to be bias, but, could they be the footfalls of a giant? I think Mr. Koling might have missed a cultivated gambit on Mr. McMahons' part early in the round, on basket 3. As Mr. Sexton exclaimed 'showtime'! Only the player himself could say that he had specific design in mind, and had calculated risk reward, like a figure skater with ice on their butt. Mr. McMahon has stated repeatedly that he will be managing his game in a very Sextony way this season. Mr. Koling is aware that Mr. McMahon does not state his intentions lightly. Mr. Sexton stated that his bid is for par on that basket. Mr. McMahon was trying for a breakaway eagle, and gambling a par at worst. He springs back with birdies to bring him back within range; the harm lessened. I think the boy is become all that is Man. We may even have noticed the lightening of his attitude as the round progessed not in his favor. He most certainly did not come apart. Maybe only chickpeas know it, but there's an Australian offense that could indeed erupt again right here in Arkansas.
I don’t think they should have created a mandatory because of what Simon did. Tell the players to get their creativity and arms up. If everybody was doing maybe but it wasn’t everybody.
Trying to get pick up ideas on some forms and slowed it down to a 0.25 speed for a Ricky crush forehand. Poor Nate and Jerm sound hilarious :) ruclips.net/video/C6VhiWKpMfU/видео.htmlm41s
4:00 when they talk about Simon, I think thats pretty stupid, that mandatory was put into place for no reason other than stopping huge power players for going for a 2. If they have that skill set and have more power than other players, then let them have that risky advantage over the other players. That might be the dumbest mandatory ive seen.
The reason it was put in is because he was throwing into #9s fairway to get a straight shot. He was literally throwing 90 degrees left off the tee pad. I tried to get him to change it the day before too cause I knew it'd be an issue. However, it is not the "dumbest" mandatory. I've seen way worse!
I hope Jomez makes millions. Great product.
Never thought I'd EVER watch disc golf, this channel got me absolutely obsessed, keep it up Jomez!
Still obsessed??
Can't wait to see my boy Colton Montgomery tear it up tomorrow! Thanks for the best coverage and commentary in the game gentelmen!

Thanks Jomez team and Big Sexy
Eagle looks like the bad guy in an 80s ski mountain movie.
Nelson Goldsmith southpark does a great spoof of 80’s ski peeps

Jomez.... you're the bees' knees.
I need the 3rd round ):
I'm dying.
Glad to see Shusterick's name on the big board! Just outside of top 10.
Jason Archer indeed
Sad to see Eagle in the bad places. Great coverage Jomez!
Love it! Take a little nap and wake up to round two!
Round 3?
Ricky is loving that Opto-X XXX
This is one of my favorite courses I've ever played. It's rough seeing the pros tear is apart compared to how I played.
6:23 Bless you

Trevor Hook well not farther than Simon. He had world record once. But i understand what u mean
A golf shot, yes gg is throwing further
When is round 3 coming up?
Wouldn't surprise me if Ricky is champ again this year...he's just too good at disc golf.

i died inside when gurthie missed that eagle....*tear*
R2 B9!!!

Can we just point out that at 19:04 James Conrad threw a forehand upshot. Lol
Infinitely scary! That's a lot of scary

Eagle and Simon are world class players when they remember sometimes to lay up and not to go for 600ft s-shaped turnover/over the trees-shot.
Jeremias Kalliokoski agree. I don't know if Eagle does what Simon does though, but sometimes it can seem that way: he gets bored and decided to spice things up by going for those big crazy shots. And often ends up worse off
Where rd3 at?
Jomez...love the new score and hole info on the bottom. But, plan camera shots to not finish in the bottom of the frame. You guys are the best!
great job and all that, but round 3??? Was it rained out?
Sooo...about that 3rd round?

Jake Songer watch out Terry might get on here all butt hurt and blow up the comments section.
Hell yea!!
So..... about that 3rd round..... ETA?
any ETA on final round coverage?
Their FB said it had to wait because they're on the road today. I just checked it.
Where is round3?!?!
Jeremy's sniffles were excruciating to listen to. Should have had Risley help out with this one.
Predicting what the disc will do 350' out of my hand is super easy! That's about when it's hitting the ground 😆
Slam Dunks! We want slam dunks, can a TD make a special rule for a tourny AND get it recorded?
Where is round 3??

Are you high?
How is 18 a Par 4?? That’s crazy

I cannot believe Big Jerm Niced Jame's T shot on 18 that was soooo wrong
Anyone else really want to see the 2nd card final round over lead card?
Trevor Reniger I get that you prefer the group, but why would you not want to see the lead card on the final day?
anttiantti92 It's not that I don't want to see the lead card at all, it's just that some of my favorite players are on 2nd card. :D
ruclips.net/video/fGZ_6YqF8zM/видео.htmlm31s Here is Lizotte's 2017 Hole 11 90 degree angle shot! Had to go find it after they brought it up!
