Take a closer look, Toronto is a multicultural city, in fact one of the most diverse in the whole world. There are people of all colours and background. And this was planned beforehand, so they did not break any traffic laws. The streets were closed off to vehicular traffic and assisted by police. So you can go on and rant about something else.
Clearly you were watching something else or seeing it all wrong, maybe you are not from Toronto but the city and it’s people are very diverse.
