Good to see our "Annavru "Dr. Raj Kumar in d list. He is d only actor who got national award 4 singing as well as Dada Saheb palke 4 acting. His success ratio was 90℅. Only actor who got Kentucky colonel award for versatility in acting in india when all these above legends ruling their respective industries.He called his fans gods & lead a very simple life throughout his life. Sometimes I feel I should have born in his period so dat I can witness his performance in theaters. Pls reborn in Karnataka sir we need u.

Bengal has contributed so much to Bollywood and Indian cinema that a whole separate chapter or rather many sovereign chapters may be attributed to it. Many great Bengali heroes and heroines never stepped into Hindi cinema but contributed unparallely under the directorship of the genius of Satyajit Ray and Mrinal Sen.Tulsi Chakrabourty, Kali Banerjee, Ajitesh Banerjee , Santosh Dutta and of course Soumitra Chatterjee are only a few to name.

I am from Karnataka and its happy to see the names of legendary Sri Dr. Raj kumar and Sri Shivaji Ganeshan but utterly disappointed for not mentioning the names of Sri NTR and Sri ANR. And also unhappy for no mentions from Malayalam.
South Indian stars/actors are always immensely talented compared to Bollywood actor s and stars. When we meticulously observe movies of Bollywood and South from 50s to till date one can understand what a meant.. I am not looking down any particular actor or star from Bollywood but when we consider cinema as a whole south always stands atop Bollywood.
In all creafts south had out done Bollywood since begining. And the trend continues till today.
Sorry if anyone hurt but with due respect to all actors of Bollywood am putting this comparison bcoz my heart felt like saying this after watching movies since so many years.
Unlike Bollywood we the south Indians watch both south and Bollywood movies and hence obviously have a chance to compare.

But, the producer of this great short film, forgot to mention the Silent Bollywood Films era from the year 1913 uptill 1930, until, the first Sound Indian Bollywood Film was produced in 1931 known as Alam Ara and the doyen of Indian Film Industry Mr. Dadasaheb Phalke, the founder of the Bollywood Film Industry who produced the first silent era Bollywood Film Raja Harishchander produced by the legendary late Mr. Dadasaheb Phalke in 1913. I think we should not forget The Late Legendary Doyen and founder of the Bollywood Film Industry and the great visionary Mr. Dadasaheb Phalke.
