Hello, you can speed-up the work if you use "Rebuild UV" at 5:10 and 10:05 and change the amount of control points in either direction according to your preference. You can do that also with the pipe that you created at 13:50. At 15:00, once you cut the main body with the pipe, use "Rebuild edges" (works only on separate surfaces) to reduce the amount of control points of the eventual Blend surface that you made at 16:37. After you finish the Blend surface, select it and use "Remove multiple knots" to further simplify it, then apply "Match surface". The Zebra analysis at 19:20 reveals some shapes at the front of the body that could be avoided if you use a lesser amount of control points while applying "Rebuild UV" at 5:10. Hopefully this helps. Cheers :)

Thanks so much for the RebuildUV and rebuild edges suggestions. Really appreciate it . Great ideas.
The front portion will be trimmed off in Part 2 of the tutorial. That was also one of the reason for using only the surface from network curve command although it was really not an ideal solution for using as entire surface. Best regards.
