Anna it's a good mom she is very strict and shows a lot of discipline with no remorse. But can you blame her? Especially when you have a drama queen brat who cries day and night about everything she won't even let her mother move one inch without freaking out spazzing out constantly alba it's so ridiculous she looks pathetic! currently it doesn't seem like macaque exploitation is once what it was (& thank God for that), so maybe in time more macaques will begin to follow in Anna's footsteps with increasingly less human interference

What's the point of weaning her if you take away her food? In my opinion, Anna is not a good mother. The babies are afraid of her. Whether it's Anissa or Alba, they both sit next to Anna and don't dare raise their arms. I really feel sorry for anyone who thinks that's cool.

I think the major issue here is how isolated these two are... toma seems to be the only other family member in this troupe really so if Anna shows any disapproval of Alba... well... look around and Alba has no one else to depend on or turn to... I remember when Polly got a smack down from Popeye in amari group... immediately after there were friends around who held her and comforted her until popeye calmed down... and gladdis from amber group.. if she gets angry at her kid, eventually she holds them and lip smacks, talks to them, hugs them, calms them down... Anna... she doesn’t have that ‘compassion’ gene... all Alba needed was comfort to stop crying... she just barely tried grooming her but stopped, stood still for awhile to give her some time to stop but if Alba kept going after that allotted amount of time, Anna got annoyed again... Alba needs a gladdis for a mom... Anna is missing that maternal component and unfortunately the troupe if u can call it that is so small, Anna and her stoicism is all alba is gonna get

Tomorrow is never promised I haven’t seen a hell of a lot of troupe members at all... like at all... there’s males who sit there with toma and Anna and a couple of Anna’s kids I’ve seen but from all of the videos we get it would be almost impossible not to film Anna with other members if the troupe were bigger... it’s a tiny troupe... u look at other troupes and it’s not very often u see them isolated for extended periods of time on their own, they eventually are shown with other members of the troupe during grooming sessions and especially if food is in the vicinity being passed out... the real point of what I’m saying is the isolation has everything to do with alba’s mindset so even if u wanna say there are more members and u think I’m mistaken the point still stands that since Anna is a loner, Alba still has only a stern mother with a lack of maternal affection to interact with .... and I know this troupe is nothing like amari’s troupe...I was giving an example to underline how different the circumstances are between the two... and how unfortunate that is But the main point I was making had everything to do with the differences between Anna and other troupes regarding her lack of affection and the fact that her being so isolated is unfortunate for Alba

Jeremy it’s a small troop, but it’s not that Anna is isolate. These monkeys living on a tree nearly the whole day. They come down to search for food 3 times/day..
Then they go back on the trees and sitting together,.

I have no problems with my pet monkey. So far,I had him castrated,fingernails and thumbs teeth vocal cords cut the hamstrings wears a colostomy bag connected to a diaper , He's been no problem. Don't believe those that say there wild Animals,they can be genteled and domesticated

I haven't seen baby Alba drink milk for hours and the baby is on the mom's back which is were the baby IS to be until she is three months old. Anna wants the Alba to not touch the mom , zero touching . And mom just munchies and zero milk for Alba . These babies ARE HUNGRY for milk and you say they throw tantrums. So why not have Alba and all the other tantrum (rats) picked up by who ever takes them and you never have to see, hear them again. I hate mom monkeys that refuse to nurse . The milk goes bad and gets infected.

Poor little Alba is terrified of her own shadow all she has known all her life is beatings and being denied food or having it snatched from her by that self centred Anna, Alba now has Stockholm syndrome, she needs rescuing and looking after by a loving mumfor a good couple of months before returning to the wild, she needs feeding up , respite from the beatings and given love.

Alba has had a pretty rough life that's for sure...this is what happens when babies are beaten from birth and as you can see Alba KNOWS not to cling to Anna's stomach as most babies do so Alba has usually held onto her mom's back. All the things Alba is doing is a result of her mother's torturous ways since her birth, basically she deserves all the crying and screeching.
