After eating chicken breast for 8 months i was tired of eating same shit mere thinking of lunch was a pain then i started doing research on this topic and switched to chicken legs and thighs, i have been eating for 1 weeks now on fat-loss diet, volume have been reduced but now i enjoy my meals and I think this will help me to stay on sustainable healthy life style✌️

I agree with you for the most of the parts, but some information is still missing. The major contributor towards the taste of chicken legs, is the bone marrow. As far as I know, the bone marrow is dense with calories and fats. I am still unaware of the fat types within bone marrow, but the decision of eating chicken legs versus chicken thighs, should be also dependent on the calorie density. Based on the personal goals, one should choose wisely, what caloric goals one wants to hit. Also, for weight loss goals, protein per kcal shows the protein density while for gaining protein per gram helps better.

Those people are stupid. Chicken legs do have a higher fat content and higher number of calories compared to chicken breast, but that doesn't mean that someone who eats chicken legs will become fat. It depends on the quantities you are eating and on your activity/exercise level.

How much protein is available in 100 gm cooked chicken breast? On Google on one site it shows 30 gm and on another site it shows 22 gm.. Then which one is correct?
when i eat 1 leg of chicken 🍗 I can't loose weight. But when i eat 1 chicken breast, i can easily loose weight. I tried this many times results are same. If i take half of chicken leg, which is equal to 1 chicken breast also results are same in loose weight.
My dietician told me to eat only leg pieces, btw I am Type 2 Diabetic, but my gym trainer told me to eat Chicken breast. I am following a dietitian's diet but also it has put doubt in the back of my mind.
