what i like most to duterte is, he listens to everyone. ..i noticed that among the candidates , he was the only one used to approched by the other candidates , nandoon ang respeto nila kay mayor and they knew from themselves , d man manalo ang isa sa knila..for sure all of them, wanted duterte to be in this position , he's the best and brillant one ..he knows how to answer the questions kahit ano pa yan, he will answer accordingly. if God's plan, for sure mayor will make it, whatever. ..
