One of the new Pirates of the Caribbean tales, when voted for, will open a portal for the player to travel through so they can do the tall tale. They voted for the tale to spawn the portal. They, and only they, can travel through that portal. When they do, all there loot is left behind, but they keep there emissary flag
If you have loot on your deck the teleport shouldnt work, same with shroud breaker, too many newbs farm freely knowing they will just server hop with the loot.
FYI when there is loot all over the anchor, just stick your nose into it. You WILL get the prompt to drop anchor. Doesn't matter how much loot the noobs pile on there. Just stick your nose in it.

Hey Boxy, im pretty sure you can anchor boats with loot on the Capstan if you aim higher than the loot. It has worked for me before.
