Of course it's tango. Their entire dance is based on the fundamentals of the molinete. Their steps build off of that. They mix very old school linear movements with very modern circular movements. But there is no doubt at all that this is tango. The music isn't tango, of course, but the music is grounded in the same 1-3 basic rhythmic cell of tango
