I’m definitely going to try and take these tips away so thank you Brian 1)The main concerns I have is, is the left leg and the toes on the ground enough to prevent a powerful bridge? 2) also folding the opponent over using the lat muscle with stubborn opponents with strong necks seems the biggest challenge(would love to see more advancement in this area) I suppose when it’s all locked up and you re-establish the base with the head it’s all good
Thanks for the video ! Great details ! I just have a question because I'm often in this position and even if I have often a good bite with my first hand and my ribcage I always strungle to get my second hand in place to lock it because they often get an under hook in the process since I want that high elbow finish. Do you have any suggestions to handle that ?
Coach Glick, how about your left forearm across the collarbones to pin, and left hand thumb in grip on near lapel to pass your elbow over their head, then same your head across to floor to accomplish a strangle on top of the pressure / guillotine in the kimono? Thoughts?
I have been doing a lot more half guard and half butter after getting your under pressure videos. What are some tips to not get guillotined as the guy in the bottom? Obviously frames but anything else?
Thanks I always struggled finishing this guillotine.
You’re an excellent teacher. Thanks for posting this.
Glad it was helpful!
Great instructional as usual, thanks for sharing!

Yes - it functions like a loop choke. That’s a great one 👍🏼
