I have some tips while during dzikir...it's kind of like .hacking you mind to be happy with this technique . Usually after salah..I will focus 10 minutes for dzikir...my fav is (Alhamdullilah.)...while doing it..smile n engage it with your heart...not just moving ur tongue.. Do it routinely..by 7 days .ull automatically be more cheerfulllll❤
