Illegal Activity is an action-packed drama set in a rough housing estate in London, yet nothing on the block is quite how it seems. We follow Winston a street level dealer and his crew for one day, witnessing the devastating effect their trade has on the block. Society is crumbling, families unravel and desperation causes internal conflict. The need to satisfy this addiction spirals out of control. Police are closing in and are determined to infiltrate the hierarchy in an attempt to put a stop to this Illegal Activity.

Damn the message I got from this blew me away. At first I didn't understand but then I got it. Basically if way back when black people weren't allowed to read a lot of them stole pages and books and yearned to read. As time went by the desire to read dwindled and the passion for something forbidden was gone. Let's not take something so simple for granted. Knowledge is freedom from mental slavery.

This is so powerful we take books and education for granted we should make more use of our time because we have no idea when our life will end. I don't wanna be saying "I thought I had more time" later on in life, I wanna look back and say that I learnt many things and that I can pass this down to my kids

this is what i call a interesting short it was about what people have to do to make ends meet but in the end its all about making sure we all read more rather than presuming it was about drugs or whatever i found this had a great moral at the end if you books were illegal would you read more i think this was a good idea

LOL! I almost switched to another video half way in thinking that this was just another typical drug related short film; but was a bit surprised at the ending. It was unexpected and a little thought provoking. Nice ending! 😋

This was amazing and i hope everybody really took a chance to watch it propperlyy.
Well shot video and message conveyed although it was a little hard to follow without a concrete story to keep track of i did enjoy it because of the presentation. Great message that followed it.
OK, So It was an awesome piece of cinema with a really strong message. I believe that the only reason we don't read however is simply because we have faster ways of retrieving information. but I liked the concept and also the way that you never mentioned the D or the B word. Thus creating anonymity in relation to the stuff that was being traded. Great Stuff!
