I think you should make it more clearly either in the title or during the video that it's not really copyright free.

We try our best to not only give tens of thousands of people music for free, but also to protect them from any harm.
And we also do our best to make everything as transparent as possible. We mention everything in the description (twice) and the pinned comment.
When people search for terms like "no copyright" music, what they want is to not get any copyright related issues. And the way we do it is literally the only way to achieve that. Please read the description or see the FAQ on our website if you want to learn more about this. Besides that, we will integrate a text in future videos though to point everyone to the description. We actually just did in the current one. People usually read the description (and they actually need to, since otherwise they can't give credit as requested), but even for those who don't we try to make it as clear as possible.
Below are some excerpts from the description and the FAQ. Usually people are very thankful for the fact that their content is actually safe.
You have nothing to worry about. At all. Quite the opposite.
To protect you and your content from criminals and fraudulent copyright strikes, our music tracks are registered with Content ID and you might receive a copyright claim on RUclips, Instagram and/or Facebook.Claims are NOT strikes and do not affect your channel /account in any way, those are completely different things. We will never issue a strike.
You don’t need to do anything. Do NOT dispute the claim, just leave it there and ignore it. It doesn’t affect your video/channel in any way.
A copyright notice/claim by the rightful owner of the music (us) is the best thing that can happen to you, since it protects you and your content from fraudulent claims and strikes, which can harm your channel and content tremendously.
If the original owners of all rights don't register their music with RUclips's Content ID, anyone else can (and will). Then they gain power about the content of anyone who uses the music, since they can issue false claims and strikes. The way we do it is de facto the only way to protect video creators from being harmed by criminals.
You should NEVER use music that is not registered with Content ID, unless you want to risk losing your channel and never be able to make a new one (worst-case scenario), spending weeks or months trying to clear the situation or never be able to monetize a video if they don't remove the fraudulent claim. We could say a lot about specific situations, we got a ton of false claims ourselves. As soon as content exceeds a certain treshold of popularity, criminals/scammers will fraudulently register the music as theirs.
We not only give away tens of thousands of free tracks for non-commercial videos without monetization, tracks with the same quality as those our clients license (many even are the same tracks), we also do our best to protect the content of everyone using them. And it costs us a lot of time thanks to all the misinformation about Content ID out there spread by people who don't know anything about the reality of the situation, which leads to some creators shooting themselves in the foot by believing copyright notifications/claims are a bad thing. It might sound counterintuitive to some, to receive a claim to prevent claims (and especially strikes). But as long as RUclips works the way it does and the world is full of people trying to make money off of other people's content or just harm them, that's the way it works.
Some people fear claims while they should fear not receiving a claim by the real owner(s) of all rights.

@@elysiumaudiolabs I completely understand your point. I just say it would have been better to let people know clearly that it's not really 100% copyright free. Actually, most people don't read the descriptions unless they are asked to during the video. When I search and listen to A LOT of tracks for my own content from many different RUclips channels I don't have the time to read the descriptions on each channel. Most copyright free channels are actually for FREE so no worries about copyright claims. Not planning to dispute the claim can't be bothered.

Hi, glad you like it! ! As stated in the description, usually this track is for filmmakers, not a backing track for musicians. But - if you don't use it commercially, i.e. not publish/distribute it on Spotify, iTunes and any other platforms and stores, and never register it with any Content ID system, you can rao to it.
RUclips, Instagram and Facebook are fine if you want to just post it there, as long as you don't monetize it in any way and credit us appropriately as stated in the description. Send us a link here once it's online, we'd love to hear it. If that's okay for you, go ahead, use it and have fun!
Just to explain the situation:
Commercial use for musicians is not possible, because this causes major issues when some of them distribute music via companies that register music with Content ID. This isn't even allowed with leased beats produced for musicians (no matter where people buy/lease them), except in case of an exclusive buyout, because otherwise anyone else using a track legitimately receives false copyright claims.
Hope that clarifies the situation.
All that being said, behind the curtain we also produce music for other artists and we're going to have some beats available specifically for artists as well soon.
